About Us

Hi, we are Hielke van der Zee & Diane Schippers and our heart lies with the outdoors, nature and the sea.

Through our years of travel experiences throughout Europe at various campsites and camper pitches, we came up with the idea of starting a camper place and mini-campsite in combination with apartments near the sea in North-East Denmark.

In September 2023 we took the big emigration step to exchange our office jobs and city life in the Netherlands for real rural life. After making a business plan and traveling around in our camper, we bought an old farm with a piece of land here in the outskirts of Øster Hurup.

Peace, space and freedom in beautiful, always-close-to-the-sea Denmark, making it the ideal holiday destination for true nature lovers!

Elongated, endless and empty… These are the beaches of Denmark. The country has thousands of kilometers of coastline with beautiful sandy beaches.

A holiday destination with facilities for 4-season camping fun in the quiet outskirts of the pleasant seaside resort of Øster Hurup and with the sea within walking distance of 1.8 km.

It borders Lille Vildmose, a nature reserve of approximately 7,600 hectares. Here you can cycle endlessly and walk along swamp areas and lakes. From the hills west of Lille Vildmose you also have a beautiful view of the nature reserve.

For young and old, for peace seekers and nature lovers, for walkers and cyclists, for beach worshipers and culture lovers.

We are both artists by origin and the time has come to finally shape our own company, creating a dream destination that we have had in our minds for years.
